John Mackin

History

John Mackin was a labourer from Mount Edgerton when he enlisted into the AIF during World War One. [1]

Military Experience

Sapper John Mackin (3857)enlisted on 1 February 1916. He was a member of the 2nd Tunnelling Company. [2]

Macklin died of disease on 6 December 1916 and was buried at Bologne Eastern Cemetery (Plot VIII, Row C, Grave No. 204), France.[3]
